WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Free Shipping on orders over $150 within United States.
  • All U.S. orders over $150 shipping is FREE.
  • Any U.S. order of $150 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of $10.00.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours thru USPS postal service.

 

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE, please refer to the followings:

  • Purchase amount of $0.01-499.99 shipping is $50.00
  • Purchase amount over $500.00 shipping is FREE.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You need to return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Please visit our store and return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order or you can return by mail. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not satisfy with the product. We will refund the merchandise total, less the costs for shipping and handling. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip and the reason for your return. We recommend that you mail your package via registered mail.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.

  • Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip and the reason for your return.
  • Returned products are subject to inspection by SkinAttraction staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift and samples with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.
  • Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. 
  • Customers pay for return shipment charges.

 

RETURN REFUNDS

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
